Kiwi Jam Recipe 🥝🥝

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 kg ripe kiwis (about 8–10 kiwis)

  • 800 g sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 lemon (juice)

  • 1 vanilla pod (optional, for extra fragrance)

 

Preparation:

 

1. Prepare the kiwis:

  • Peel and cut the kiwis into small pieces. For a smoother jam, mash them lightly with a fork or potato masher.
