💆‍♀️ Daily Facial Massage Routine for Firmness & Glow

When:

  • Morning and/or evening, after cleansing and applying serum/oil

Tools:

  • Your fingers or a jade roller / gua sha stone (optional but helpful)

Step-by-Step Massage (5–10 minutes):

  1. Warm up your hands by rubbing them together.
  2. Neck strokes: Using both hands, gently stroke upward from collarbone to jawline (3-5 times).
  3. Jawline & chin: Use your thumbs to massage from the chin outward along the jawline toward the ears in circular motions (3-5 times each side).
  4. Cheeks: With fingertips, lightly tap and press from the sides of the nose outward to the temples, then upwards toward the cheekbones (repeat 5 times).
  5. Under eyes: Use ring fingers to gently tap (don’t pull) from inner to outer corner of eyes to reduce puffiness (10-15 taps).
  6. Forehead: Use palms or fingertips to smooth upward strokes from eyebrows to hairline (repeat 5 times).
  7. Temples & scalp: Massage temples with small circular motions and gently massage scalp along the hairline for 1 minute.

🌿 Natural Anti-Aging Serums

1. Rosehip + Vitamin E Serum

  • 2 tbsp rosehip oil
  • 5 drops vitamin E oil
  • 3 drops frankincense essential oil (optional for firming)

Use: Apply 3-4 drops on face and neck after cleansing, before moisturizer.
