💆♀️ Daily Facial Massage Routine for Firmness & Glow
When:
- Morning and/or evening, after cleansing and applying serum/oil
Tools:
- Your fingers or a jade roller / gua sha stone (optional but helpful)
Step-by-Step Massage (5–10 minutes):
- Warm up your hands by rubbing them together.
- Neck strokes: Using both hands, gently stroke upward from collarbone to jawline (3-5 times).
- Jawline & chin: Use your thumbs to massage from the chin outward along the jawline toward the ears in circular motions (3-5 times each side).
- Cheeks: With fingertips, lightly tap and press from the sides of the nose outward to the temples, then upwards toward the cheekbones (repeat 5 times).
- Under eyes: Use ring fingers to gently tap (don’t pull) from inner to outer corner of eyes to reduce puffiness (10-15 taps).
- Forehead: Use palms or fingertips to smooth upward strokes from eyebrows to hairline (repeat 5 times).
- Temples & scalp: Massage temples with small circular motions and gently massage scalp along the hairline for 1 minute.
