Cajun Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo 🍗🥦🍝

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

🔹 Generously season the chicken on both sides with Cajun seasoning.
🔹 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
🔹 Place the chicken in a single layer in the skillet and sear for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked to 155°F internal temperature.
🔹 Remove the chicken from the skillet, cover with foil, and place in a 200°F oven to keep warm.


3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

🔹 Wipe the skillet clean with a paper towel and return it to medium-high heat.
🔹 Melt butter in the skillet until foamy.
🔹 Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
🔹 Whisk in white wine and bring to a simmer.
🔹 Cook until the sauce reduces by half (about 2 minutes).
🔹 Slowly whisk in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes, thickening slightly.
🔹 Fold in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
